We believe in honesty and good customer service and that’s why we have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for local products and a 3-5 weeks turnaround time for international manufactured products. The price of your custom-made hearing protection includes everything from the initial appointment and consultation, taking ear impressions and courier fees. No hidden costs.

CENS: Two year warranty
Soundgear Phantom: One year warranty
Protectear: one year warranty on manufacturing and 3 month warranty on fitment
Nanocomms: One year warranty
In the event that your device should become faulty or break, the device may be returned to FitSonic. If the problem can not be rectified in South Africa, FitSonic will return the device to the manufacturing company for further investigation. Once repaired, or in an exceptional case replaced, the device will be returned to the client using a reputable courier of choice.

Fitsonic offers all customers a 30-day, no-quibble money-back guarantee. A handling fee of R300 for locally manufactured products and R800 for internationally manufactured products applies.

CENS: CENS devices are CE EN352 Tested & Certified, supplied with a 2 Year Warranty for peace of mind, coated with WaterShield Hydrophobic Protection for enhanced water resistance.
Soundgear Phantom: The SoundGear Phantom is an FDA-listed prescription hearing aid and hearing protection device made by Starkey, a recognized leader in custom made hearing instruments in America. Supplied with a one year warranty, Hear Clear Wax Protection System and Surface Nanoshield moisture and wax repellent.
Protectear: Protectear hearing protection has a one year warranty on manufacturing and 3 month warranty on fitment. PROTEC EAR SA hearing protectors can be fitted with different filters to provide less attenuation (sound damping) and higher speech audibility. Tests were done in Europe according to EN 13819-2 and EN 24869-1. All filters carry the CE mark of
Approval. The product carries the Department of Labour Certificate of Approval, under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993. SABS 1 452 1988 Test report no: 7232.2001226. Ua50 April 2002 Sample tested: Full block acrylic CIC custom hearing protection device.
