The price of the product includes everything from the initial appointment and consultation, the moulds, and the courier fee. No hidden costs. All products have a two-year warranty. In the event that your device should become faulty or break, the device may be returned to FitSonic. If the problem can not be rectified in South Africa, FitSonic will return the device to the manufacturing company for further investigation. Once repaired, or in an exceptional case replaced, the device will be returned to the client using a reputable courier of choice.

Tania Swart is a well-known audiologist in the Pretoria area.Tania has 15 years of experience in the audiology field and is passionate about helping patients hear better in order for them to be active members of the hearing world.
